Payment Methods

EveryPay. Secure online payments via bank cards Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Paypal. International electronic payment system.
Bank Transfer (Swedbank). After placing an order, we will send you the invoice to your email.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping for all our products.

International shipping is handled by:

DHL Express (2-7 business days)

You can calculate the full product cost, including shipping, for your country in the shopping cart. Simply add your items to the cart and apply the shipping cost.

All customs clearance charges (if any) in your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping to the European Union

We ship orders from our warehouses in Germany and Latvia. You can calculate shipping by adding items to your cart.

Please note the order processing time: Germany: 1-3 days, Latvia: 1-2 days (orders are usually dispatched the same or next business day).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping within the European Union is carried out by postal service couriers:

DPD, OMNIVA, DHL Express, DHL Germany

Delivery time within Europe is:

5-9 business days (DPD, OMNIVA)
2-4 business days (DHL Express)
2-9 business days (DHL Germany)

Shipping to the Baltic States

1. Delivery time to OMNIVA terminals across the Baltics: 2-4 business days after order confirmation (1*)

The shipping cost to OMNIVA terminals for any product weighing up to 30 kg and with dimensions no greater than 41x38x64 cm:

Latvia - 5.00 €
Lithuania and Estonia - 8.50 €

2. Delivery by DPD courier in the Baltics: 1-3 business days after order confirmation (1*)

The delivery cost via DPD can be calculated in the shopping cart (2*).

* If the product is in stock. If the product needs to be ordered, the delivery time will be communicated to the customer once the product is received in the warehouse.

* Delivery charges to islands in Lithuania and Estonia are calculated separately. If you need delivery to an island, please contact us before placing your order for the shipping cost.

Self-pickup

After payment confirmation, you can pick up your purchased product by calling us in advance. Please bring an identification document.
